Centenary illuminates Chicago, the Windy City
Thousands of The Light of the World faithful gathered in the city of Chicago, Illinois, to take part in the activities scheduled for the centennial celebration. The Jones Convocation Center was the scene of the faithful’s overflowing joy and gratitude. Through prayers and praise, attendees gave thanks to the Creator for allowing them to reach this historic milestone: a century that marks a time of redemption and reconciliation, as well as the hope of salvation and eternal life through acceptance of and obedience to the gospel of Jesus Christ, which has been proclaimed on established by God.
